| case_id | Arbitrary identifier for a training case; not a real participant ID |
| group | First-time customers or returning customers; invented group assignment |
| satisfaction | Ordinal single rating 1 to 5; 1 very dissatisfied, 5 very satisfied; blank cell at D06 means missing answer, not 0 |
| email, chat, phone | Multi-select: 1 chosen, 0 not chosen; all twelve training cases answered this question |

The CSV contains no open-ended answers. The separate invented coding example in the article is not counted in the figures.
