## Eligibility (Academic plans)

Academic plans exist solely to support learning, teaching, and original, knowledge-driven, non-commercial research. They are intended exclusively for the non-commercial use of QUESTIONSTAR by students, school pupils, and members of universities, universities of applied sciences, and other recognized educational institutions. Not covered are uses for purely descriptive, evaluative, summarizing or reporting purposes — especially when carried out on behalf of third parties or when their objectives resemble commercial use. In these cases, as well as for use by government agencies or state-founded or state-funded organizations (e.g. non-profit corporations), the Business plans apply.
