Why do I need to select my region when setting up a Zapier integration with QUESTIONSTAR?

Different countries and regions, such as the EU, have various laws regarding the protection of personal data. These laws in certain regions require that data be stored within the territory of the respective region.

Therefore, QUESTIONSTAR maintains physically and logically separated servers in different regions to comply with these laws.

Since the servers are separated from each other, QUESTIONSTAR users can only access data from the server they are registered on. Therefore, to transfer your survey data via Zapier, you need to authorize yourself on the server of your region.

That’s why it’s important to select your region when setting up the Zap to authenticate yourself on the correct QUESTIONSTAR server.
