An observation · no drama

The data is there — but it doesn't belong together.

Five speakers. Five feedback forms.

Invitations go out — reminders get left behind.

Registration in one system, feedback in the next, analysis in a third.

Then the data is there — but it doesn't really belong together.

What QUESTIONSTAR actually gives you

Four workflow mechanics, not four marketing promises.

One survey for several speakers

With several speakers, feedback often gets duplicated. A loop repeats the same question block — without building several surveys.

Sending happens reliably

Invitations and reminders are sent at a fixed time. Not manually.

Feedback right in the room

A QR code is enough. Participants give feedback while they're still in the hall.

One flow instead of switching tools

Registration, participation and analysis run in the same system. The data stays together.

Loops · one question block for all speakers

One question block. Several speakers.

A section is built once. It appears again for each speaker.

Two ways: selection in the questionnaire ("Who was your speaker?") or handoff via link, e.g. as a personalized invitation with a URL parameter.

Result: no duplicates, a clear analysis per speaker.

Loop · 1 question block · 5 speakers
Handoff to the loop · three ways
Selection in the questionnaire. The respondent picks the speaker(s) themselves.
URL parameter ?ref=… The link is distributed per speaker in advance.
Full loop. The respondent rates all speakers one after another.
one is enough · selectable per event
Question block · defined once
1. How clear was the talk by {speaker}?
2. How practical was the content?

Scheduler · date and time fixed

Sending happens at the scheduled time.

Date and time are set. Three weeks before: invitation. The day before: reminder. The day after: feedback request.

No relative sending ("2 hours later") — fixed times instead. In return, reliably plannable.

Lifecycle · one tool for all phases

One flow instead of three tools.

Registration can account for capacity. Participation happens through the same access. Analysis draws on the same data.

That creates a continuous process — with no breaks between systems.

Concrete applications

Four event scenarios where it really helps.

Public administration academy

Several speakers in one day. One survey is enough — and each rating stays separately analyzable.

Academic conference

Many sessions, similar structure. Loops keep the feedback comparable without setting up each session anew.

Corporate roadshow

Several dates at different locations. Invitations and reminders can be scheduled for each date.

Association / congress

Multi-day events with many program items. Feedback stays consistent — without combining several tools.

Voices from practice

What our customers say about us.

100% verifiable.

QUESTIONSTAR has accompanied my work for over 15 years — from the eQuestionnaire days until today. What convinces us as a consulting and market research firm: the tool is reliable, simple, and keeps growing with us. That is exactly why I am happy to recommend it. A rare constant in an industry where tools change every few years.

Common questions

What you should know upfront.

How does the loop mechanic work?

A question block is repeated per speaker — either by selection in the questionnaire or via a personalized link.

When are invitations sent?

At a fixed time (date + time). No relative sending.

Can we combine registration and feedback?

Yes, in the same tool. Shared contact list, the scheduler controls the phases.

Can we limit capacity?

Yes, registration closes automatically once capacity is reached (e.g. a seminar with 50 seats).

Are there QR codes for the hall?

Yes, generated automatically. A standard QR without your own logo / colors in the code.

Is there real-time analysis?

Yes, up to about 2,000 responses without issue. For larger events, please coordinate in advance.

Can speakers see their score?

Yes, if scoring is configured.

Are ratings anonymous?

Yes, adjustable in detail.

Can we compare events?

Via filters in the analysis (no dedicated multi-event dashboard).

Where is the data stored?

In German IONOS data centers. Details on /security.

Can we customize branding per event?

Yes, logo and colors per event. Optionally several brandings in one survey too — with a bit of configuration.

Can we pass data to Zoom / Teams / Eventbrite?

Webhook, Zapier or n8n are available. Direct embedding into Zoom or Teams isn't standard — but the link in the chat works reliably.

Ready?

Ready for event feedback without the detours?

You can start right away. No contract, no commitment. Stop whenever you like.

Kostenlos, ohne Zeitlimit und Kreditkarte.
