I was wondering if you could tell me whether it is possible to restrict the total number of times a questionnaire can be completed? For example, we only want 200 participants on one of our questionnaires. Can the questionnaire be set to stop running when this number is reached?
A:
You can setup a quota of 200 completes. To do this, go to the “distribute” view, klick on “qoutas”, create a new quota as shown on the screenshot. You can then define the action that should be performed after the quota has been met, e.g. “close survey”.
