Switching over: AI-assisted migration via MCP

SurveySparrow exports responses as CSV or XLSX in every plan and as an SPSS file in Enterprise. A file export of the questionnaire is not publicly documented; survey and question objects are available through its REST API v3. QUESTIONSTAR currently offers no dedicated SurveySparrow importer; the AI-based MCP path handles the reconstruction.
